Shopify provides platform and technology services and is not the seller of products purchased directly from Sunsetdress.

A parent or legal guardian must place and authorize any order made for or on behalf of a minor and is responsible for the payment information, shipping information, account activity, and other information submitted with that order.

Product features, materials, sizing systems, fits, and construction may vary between individual styles. Customers should review the applicable product page and Hat Size Guide before completing a purchase.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen calibration, device settings, manufacturing tolerances, and differences between production batches.

Minor variations that do not materially change the selected product, advertised features, stated materials, selected variant, intended use, or overall appearance may not constitute a defect.

This allowance for minor variation does not apply when:

• The customer receives the wrong product, size, color, or variant
• The product materially differs from its description or images
• A stated material or important product feature is materially inaccurate
• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The product is otherwise not as ordered

If a product page contains a material error, we may correct the information, contact affected customers, cancel the affected order, or provide another appropriate resolution.

5. Sizing and Fit

Size charts and measurement ranges are provided as general guidance unless a product page states otherwise.

Hat fit may vary depending on crown shape, crown depth, material, internal band, closure, flexibility, and construction.

Product-specific sizing information takes priority over the general Hat Size Guide.

Customers should measure carefully and review the available size and fit information before ordering.

A sizing recommendation provided by customer support is based on the information supplied by the customer and does not guarantee a particular personal fit.

6. Product Availability and Purchase Limits

Product availability and inventory may change without prior notice.

Placing a product in a shopping cart does not reserve the product or guarantee that it will remain available.

We may update, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue products, variants, colors, sizes, collections, or purchase quantities when reasonably necessary.

We may limit the number of products purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order.

Products are intended primarily for personal use unless Sunsetdress expressly agrees otherwise.

You may not use automated ordering tools, false identities, multiple accounts, or other methods to bypass purchase limits, payment controls, or fraud-prevention systems.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact the customer regarding cancellation, refund, replacement, or another available option.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

7. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Errors

Product prices are displayed on the applicable product pages and during checkout.

Prices may be displayed in United States Dollars or another supported currency depending on the customer’s location, selected market, and website settings.

The final currency, product total, applicable discounts, taxes, shipping options, and order total will be displayed during checkout before the customer submits the order.

Applicable sales tax or other government charges may be calculated according to the product, order destination, and applicable law.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless international charges are clearly collected during checkout, they are generally determined by local authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

An order-confirmation email confirms that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that payment review, fraud-prevention review, processing, fulfillment, or shipment has been completed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

9. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be accepted and processed.

The payment methods available for a particular transaction are the methods displayed during checkout. Availability may vary by device, browser, location, currency, transaction eligibility, and payment-provider availability.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.

Sunsetdress does not directly store complete payment card numbers or complete card security codes on its website or business systems.

Payment authorization, billing verification, pending transactions, declined payments, fraud-prevention review, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by our Payment Policy.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request a product change, size change, shipping-address correction, or cancellation by contacting Sunsetdress as soon as possible.

Requests are not guaranteed after an order has entered payment review, processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Submitting a request does not mean that an order has been changed or canceled. A request is effective only after Sunsetdress confirms it.

If an order can no longer be canceled, the customer may request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Shipping, Tracking, and Delivery

Orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Sunsetdress is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by materially incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should promptly check the delivery location, mailbox, household members, neighbors, building staff, and available carrier delivery records before contacting Sunsetdress.

Lost, delayed, damaged, refused, unclaimed, returned, or undeliverable shipments will be reviewed according to the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

12. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, return authorization, product-condition requirements, return-shipping responsibilities, damaged or incorrect products, non-returnable products, refunds, exchanges, refused packages, and other return terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact Sunsetdress before mailing a return.

Do not deliver a return in person or send a product to our business address without prior return authorization and the applicable mailing instructions.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may be subject to expiration dates, minimum-purchase requirements, product exclusions, geographic restrictions, customer eligibility requirements, usage limits, and restrictions on combining multiple promotions.

The terms clearly displayed with a promotion before purchase govern that offer.

Discount codes must normally be entered or applied before the order is completed and cannot be added retroactively unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.

We may cancel or correct a promotion that contains an obvious technical, pricing, or configuration error.
